Gregg Krumme

- Representative Experience
- Representation of a publicly traded company with regard to the entitlement, financing, construction, leasing and ultimate sale of a major grocery store anchored shopping center consisting of approximately 175,000 rentable square feet.
- Representation of an owner/developer of a motorsports and entertainment venue which included entitlement and permitting issues, reimbursement agreements with the City of Austin and Travis County, design and construction contracts, financing documents, and certain motorsports contracts.
- Representation of an owner/developer with regard to the construction of a 16 story luxury apartment building in downtown Austin, Texas including agreements with the City of Austin for right of way and related improvements to serve the project.
- Representation of a publicly traded company with regard to the purchase of real property from the City of Austin in downtown and the entitlement, financing, construction, leasing of a 37 story mixed use building including retail uses, office uses, music venue, luxury hotel and residential condominium units.
- Representation of an owner/developer of a large multi-use development in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Austin (including residential, multifamily, commercial, and golf course uses) in the negotiation and preparation of comprehensive development agreement documents with the City of Austin ensuring densities and entitlements.
- Representation of the operator of a large electric service grid in the negotiation and documentation of an economic incentives agreement with an economic development corporation and the construction of a new facility for the operation of the grid.
- Representation of multiple municipal utility districts including issuance of bonds, water and wastewater contracts, elections and related matters.
- Representation of a publicly traded company with regard to the development of a large single family residential tract including financing, contract with the school district for construction of an elementary school with the development, and sale of lots to builders.
- Representation of a non-profit corporation in connection with the bond financing and development of a private high school and associated site improvements and amenities.
